The location is magnificent, on the waterfront. The bets part that it's short walk to the local beaches or the lovely taverna's of Koukounaries and the nicer restaurants. Tasty breakfast on the spot, thanks a lot.

poor facilities for 5 star hotel, tennis court was really bad,none activities for children, there was a smell in the bathroom from canalization, very expensive for what it offers, we had to pay even for our sunbeds on the beach.

The location was 1 mile to little banana beach. Stamelos Taverna, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

Located on a serene hillside, close to two stunning beaches. Breathtaking views from balcony and main terrace. Efficient staff at the restaurants and helpful cleaning staff. Complimentary breakfast is really nice. Exceptional customer service from George at reception.

We, as older guests, loved the convenient location, close to Koukounaries beach. The pool area was fantastic, and our room was great. The check-in staff were friendly, helpful, and charming. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to town, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend going on a boat trip and enjoying the stunning natural beauty.

The room is well-appointed and includes a very comfy bathroom. The location is peaceful, not too far away from Koukounaries Beach. And it's at a medium distance from downtown.

The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable, makes sure that the place is clean. Terrific service, the breakfast is savoury.

The location was awesome, just a short walk away from Water Sports. The hotel was next to bars and restaurants. The rooms of the venue were clean with good facilities.

the location of skiathos palace is magnificent. the hotel is very big and overall renovated with a big pool. the staff were very nice and helpful. free bus to skiathos town a real plus.

It has superb environment and the view from the hotel is really great! Also the buffet in the morning was very good and the stuff helpful while replenishing the buffet orderly.

Very poor/old looking rooms on the first and second floors. Although spacious they need to be renovated. Also they do not clean well the rooms. We found trash and pair of glasses from the previous couple. The personnel in the restaurants and shop were very nice unlike the bitter woman at the reception. She must be changed asap! It is a ptty as the male receptionists (Niko for example) were nice and helpful while the sour and bitter woman was very unfriendly and made you feel bad about even asking a question! Management needs to take this seriously into account as we discussed that with 3 other hotel residents that had similar or worse opinion.

The air conditioning system in the rooms is not the best and difficult to regulate.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive sea view room during our stay, and it was truly amazing! The view from our room was breathtaking, and the interior design matched the elegant atmosphere of the hotel. We particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool area and dining at the White View restaurant, which served delicious Greek-inspired dishes. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. this place is a destination on its own and we highly recommend it to all.
